First the payouts have

You can usually look at audited payouts by an accredited CA or CPA
firm. This is normally performed by PriceWaterhouse Coopers. The
fact they are audited alone tells you a lot.
Security:
If you are using internet
explorer ensure that you see the little lock displayed. This indicates
that the transaction is encrypted with SSL certificates. This is
a must. Also note many use third party, trusted online credit card
merchants.
